| GOLDEN GLAZED HAM |
This recipe is one of our favorite ways to prepare ham. It's fantastic for the holidays, because it looks just as good as it tastes.
Decorate plate with parsley and apricot halves studded with Maraschino cherry. Serves 12.

APRICOT GLAZE

Apricot Jam |
125 mL |
| 1/2 cup |
Brown sugar |
125 mL |
| 1-1/2 tbsp |
Cider vinegar |
25 mL |
| 1 tsp |
Prepared mustard |
5 mL |
| 1/8 tsp |
Ground cloves |

Bake ham in covered roaster in 325°F [150°C] oven about 2-1/2 hours.
Internal temperature should be 130°F [55°C]. Drain off juice. |
APRICOT GLAZE
Mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir until hot
and mixed well. Brush over top and sides of ham. Continue to bake, uncovered, at 350°F
[175°C] for about 15 minutes until glazed, spooning any glaze that accumulates in pan back over ham. Serves 12.
