VEGETABLE DIP

Serve this easy to make dip with crisp raw vegetables such as broccoli, celery, mushrooms, cauliflower, green and red peppers. Makes about 1 cup [250 ml].

1/2 cup Mayonnaise 125 mL
1/2 tsp Salt 2 mL
2 tsp Chili sauce 10 mL
2 tsp Chives 10 mL
2 tsp Grated onion 10 mL
1/2 cup Sour cream 125 mL
1/2 tsp Curry powder 2 mL


Mix all ingredients. Chill for about 1 hour.
