Spicy Skewered Chicken, Beef or Pork marinate with curry, chili and soya sauce base

MARINADE
|

freshly squeezed lemon juice |

olive oil |

| 1/4 cup |
soya sauce |
50 mL |
| 1 tbsp |
curry powder |
15 mL |
| 1 tbsp |
chili powder |
15 mL |
| 2 tbsp |
honey |
30 mL

green pepper, mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes |
|
| 2 - 3 servings |
Cubed Chicken, Pork or Beef |
2 - 3 servings |

Marinate
Chicken 2 - 3 hours
Pork 3 - 4 hours
Beef 3 - 24 hours
Cut meat into cubes. Add meat and vegetables to marinade, stirring to coat.
Let meat marinade in the refrigerator. Alternate meat on skewers
with onions, tomatoes, green peppers, etc. Grill over hot coals 5-7 minutes,
or to desired doneness. Turn frequently. Baste with marinade.
