Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges and dried cranberries,
tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Bright colorful and great tasting salad. Dressing from the famous Chef Bine's.

Shrimp Scampi
This fabulous shrimp dish is so simple to make. It can be served as an appetizer, or as the main course; accompanied by white rice and a green vegetable. Serves 6 appetizers or 4 main course

Hawaiian Pineapple Cake
Quick and easy cake made with cake mix. Decorate this cake with banana slices, kiwi fruit, strawberries or mandarin oranges. Serves 15. .

Croque-Monsieur
Wonderful sandwich to serve for your ladies group. My simple elegant sandwich is made on a crossant, using either roast beef or ham,tomato, topped with Swiss or gruyere cheese, then broiled. Because the cheese is placed on top of the croissant, best to eat with a fork and knife.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese
All kids will love the creamy cheese taste by combining old cheddar and velveeta, and topped with crushed ritz crackers.

Spinach Lasagna with Spicy Italian sausage
Excellent, quick and simple to make. Fresh lasagna sheets layered with spinach and sausage meat sauce, alfredo sauce, romano and mozarella cheese Can be assembled the day before.

Beef Burgundy Meat Balls. Inexpensive version of Beef Bourguignon. Serve after the football game or after a day outdoors. Wonderful make ahead recipe
