In a small stainless steel or enamel saucepan combine vinegar and 1/2 cup [125 mL] raspberries; bring to boil
. Remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes.
Strain vinegar, being careful not to press berries through sieve. Pour into jar or jars and seal.
Add three or five raspberries per jar.
Note: Never shake vinegar's, sediment on bottom of jar after a time is normal.
