In a small frying pan melt the butter with
the olive oil and sauté the garlic. Add lemon juice and season with
pepper.
Clean tops of mushrooms with brush or moist paper towel. Don't
peel them, you'll lose the flavor. Remove stems and slice
into strips if over 3" [7-1/2 cm] diameter.
Brush generously with butter mixture. Grill the undersides
down for 8 minutes, turn and grill tops for further 8
minutes.
