| Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C] Combine egg, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Place the bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip
the tenderloin into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs. Head the oil in a large
skillet. Brown tenderloin on all sides. Place in a 9x13 inch [23x33 cm] baking dish. Pour the
spaghetti sauce over the tenderloin. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil
and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil. Sprinkle tenderloin with mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or to 170°F [75°C] on a meat thermometer
