Hot meatballs accompanied with a cold curry tomato sauce. These are delicious and always a hit for the holidays. Serve with
cocktail picks.

| 1/4 tsp | Pepper | 1 mL | |||||||
| 1/4 cup | Minced onion | 50 mL | |||||||
| 1 large | Garlic clove | 1 large | |||||||
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce | 10 mL | |||||||
| 1 | Egg | 1 | |||||||
| 1 tbsp each | Oil & butter | 15 mL each | |||||||
SAUCE |

| 1-1/2 tsp | Butter | 7 mL | |||||||
| 2 tbsp | Finely chopped onion | 30 mL | |||||||
| 1/2 tsp | Curry powder | 2 mL | |||||||
| 1/2 cup | Ketchup | 125 mL | |||||||
| 1/4 cup | Tomato juice | 50 mL | |||||||
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce | 5 mL | |||||||
| 1/8 tsp | Tarragon | .5 mL | |||||||
| 1/8 tsp | Pepper | .5 mL | |||||||
| 2 tbsp | Freshly grated Parmesan cheese | 30 mL | |||||||
Mix all meatball ingredients together, form bite-size meat balls and fry in oil and butter. Be sure to fry them at last minute to serve them piping hot with the curry sauce very cold.
