Here's a welcoming drink. Warning: When made with peaches at their prime, these drinks are so smooth and delicious they might become habit-forming. Makes 1 drink.

Peach, peeled and sliced |

| 1 tbsp |
Lime juice |
15 mL |
| 1 tsp |
powdered sugar |
5 mL |
| 2 oz |
White rum |
50 mL |

Crushed ice |

|
In blender, combine peach, lime juice, sugar and rum; puree until smooth. Almost fill large wine glass with crushed ice. Pour peach mixture over, garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately.
