Enliven a party with this light, bubbly version of the South-Seas beverage. Makes 8 servings |

| 3/4 cup | Frozen orange juice Concentrate, thawed | 175 mL | |
| 3/4 cup | Frozen grapefruit juice Concentrate, thawed | 175 mL | |
| 3/4 cup | Light rum | 175 mL | |
| 1/4 cup | Orange liqueur | 50 mL | |
| 1 1-liter bottle | Soda water, chilled | 1 1-liter bottle | |
| Orange or grapefruit wedges (optional) | |||
| Crushed ice | |||

In large pitcher, combine orange and grapefruit juice concentrates, rum and liqueur. Gently stir in soda water. Serve at once over crushed ice. If desired, garnish with orange or grapefruit wedges. |
