| 4 | Halved boneless chicken breast | 4 | |||||||
| 3 tbsp | TABASCO brand Soy Sauce | 50 mL | |||||||
| 2 tbsp | Honey | 30 mL | |||||||
| 1 tbsp | Sesame seeds, toasted | 15 mL | |||||||
| 1 tsp | Grated peeled fresh ginger | 5 mL | |||||||
| 1 | Clove of Garlic, crushed | 1 | |||||||
| Curly leaf lettuce for serving | |||||||||
| 2 | Green onions, cut in long thin strips | ||||||||

Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and with a meat mallet or rolling pin, flatten evenly to about 1/4-inch thick. Combine TABASCO® brand Soy Sauce, honey, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl; stir well and set aside. Coat a stovetop ridged-grill pan, broiler pan, or rack for outdoor grill with cooking spray, and preheat. Place chicken on pan or rack and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture. Line serving platter with curly leaf lettuce, transfer chicken to platter, and garnish with green onions. |
