GRILLED NEW POTATOES |

An easy side dish with flavor from green onion, herbs and Parmesan. Makes 8 Servings |

| 3 lbs | Small or medium unpeeled new potatoes | 1.5 kg | |
| 3 tbsp | Olive oil | 50 mL | |
| 3 tbsp | Chopped fresh parsley | 50 mL | |
| 1 cup | Thinly sliced green onions | 250 mL | |
| 3 tbsp | Grated parmesan cheese | 50 mL | |
| 3 | Garlic cloves, finely chopped | 3 | |
| 2 tsp | Chopped fresh oregano | 10 mL | |

Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes; cool.
Prepare barbecue(medium heat). Cut potatoes in half; transfer to large bowl. Add 2 tbsp oil [25 ml]; toss to
coat. Grill potatoes until golden, turning occasionally for about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Drizzle 1-2
tbsp [15-25 ml] oil over. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
