| This set uses tables to correctly center the cameo image &
the Welcome header. Size is always a big issue with me and to help reduce
image size the cameo and welcome header are separate
images. The cameo, all buttons, bar and small pearl bullet have a
jpg extension . The welcome header is a transparent
gif.
ClickHere for the Zipped file which also contains the HTML template, so all you need to do is add your text, etc.

The font used on the buttons is Brush455BT,
size 22, I filled the buttons with the gold gradient pattern seen here.
