Mix
sugar, sour cream, and spices. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove
from heat and stir in vanilla. Add nuts and stir until mixture
sugars. Pour on wax paper or a greased pan , separate, and
let cool completely. Place in an air-tight container. Will keep up to
3 months (if no-one knows they exist, otherwise they last about 2
days).
