Thaw hens and remove giblets, rinse and pat dry.
Preheat oven 350°F [180°C].
Combine crouton stuffing, oranges and butter. Stuff hens with mixture. Mix Soya sauce and garlic; brush on hens.
Place breast side up, on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
Roast for 1-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in stuffing reads 185°. Baste hens with pan drippings every 15 minutes.
