OLD FASHION CREAMY COLESLAW |

This recipe is an old favorite for large gatherings, summer or winter. This recipe makes allot of dressing, so mix in a bit at a time until its to your liking. Serves 6-8 |

| 4 cups | Cabbage, pref. red and white | 1 L | |
| 1 | Large carrot | 1 | |
| 3/4 cup | Mayonnaise | 175 mL | |
| 1/4 cup | Sour cream | 50 mL | |
| 1 tbsp | Vinegar | 15 mL | |
| 2 tsp | Dijon mustard | 10 mL | |
| pinch | Sugar | pinch | |
| Salt & pepper to taste | |||

Shred the cabbage and carrot using a grater or food processor. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. About one hour before serving, add the dressing (a bit at a time) to the slaw, until creamy enough for you. Refrigerate. |
