| 1 1/2 oz | Dark rum | 45 mL | |
| 1/2 oz | Milk | 15 mL | |
| 1 | Banana | 1 | |
| 1 oz | Coco lopez Cream of Coconut | 30 mL | |
| 1/2 oz | Bailey's | 15 mL | |
| Crushed ice | |||

Put all in blender with ice and blend. Pour in 8 oz [250 mL] glass and top with cherry. |
