Caribbean Sunrise

*CARIBBEAN SUNRISE*
A popular drink from the Island of Antigua. Serves 1

1 1/2 oz	Dark rum	45 mL
1/2 oz	Milk	15 mL
1	Banana	1
1 oz	Coco lopez Cream of Coconut	30 mL
1/2 oz	Bailey's	15 mL
	Crushed ice

Put all in blender with ice and blend. Pour in 8 oz [250 mL] glass and top with cherry.
