| BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL OR SPREAD |
Serve this tasty pate with bagel thins, assorted crackers or slices of crusty baguette. Makes about 2 cups

Braunschweiger sausage |
250 g |
|
8 oz
| Cream cheese |
225 g |
| 1 |
Small onion, minced |
1 |
| 1/2 tsp |
Garlic powder |
2 mL |
| 1 tsp |
Worcestershire sauce |
5 mL |
| 1/4 cup(approx) |
Milk or cream |
50 mL (approx) |
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, adding milk a little at a time until nice and smooth.
Place in a serving dish or shape in a ball wrapped in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with black or green olives, or roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley.
