In a champagne glass place the lump of sugar, bitters,
orange and lemon peel and fill with ice cold champagne.

Garnish with fruit slices or add Ice Ring.
Ice Ring Fill a 3 or 4 cup [750 to l L] ring mold with sugar free ginger ale. Freeze. Do not use ginger
ale with sugar as it melts quickly.

Stir cranberry cocktail, lemonade and lemon-lime soft drink together in punch bowl.
Float fruit slices or cherries on top.

Boiling hot cider or water. Combine rum, lemon peel, cloves and cinnamon in a pewter mug or heavy mug. Fill with water or cider.
