Make ahead and store in the freezer for lunch box treats kids will love. Makes 24 bars

Chocolate chips |

Preheat
oven 350°F [180°C]. Grease
8-inch [2 L] square baking pan
In bowl,
cream together butter, brown sugar, add eggs, vanilla and cinnamon; mix until blended.
Sift flour, rolled oats, baking powder and salt together, gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in banana
and chocolate chips.
Spoon into prepared baking pan; smooth top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tester inserted in
center comes out clean. Let cool on rack. Cut into bars.
