Intermediate tutorial June 1st - June 8th, 2003 

This tutorial was created by  Stinkers . and is called Motion Shading. Mainly deals with the use of different bevels to create this frame. The ripple water effect is by using the Flood plug-in filter from Flaming Pear. The beautiful swan is a tube from   Graphics Galore .
