| 1/4 cup | Raisins (optional) | 50 mL | |
| 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon | 2 mL | |
| Pastry for double crust pie | |||
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice | 15 mL | |
| 1 tbsp | Butter | 15 mL | |
| Water or milk | |||
| 1 tbsp | Granulated sugar | 15 mL | |
